How much does a mariachi cost in Los Angeles?

Prices for a full mariachi in Los Angeles usually run by the hour, and the total depends on the day of the week, how long you want the group to play, and how far the event is from the band's base.

Mariachi El Cuis pricing

Our base is ZIP 90011 in South Los Angeles, and we give instant quotes for Los Angeles County only.

• Monday to Friday, within 25 miles of 90011: a 7-song package for $380 flat, or $500 per hour with no hour minimum.
• Saturday and Sunday: $550 per hour, starting at 3:00 PM or later.
• Minimum hours by distance: 2 hours within 15 miles, 3 hours within 30 miles, 4 hours within 50 miles, then one more hour for every additional 20 miles.

Events run between 7:00 AM and midnight, and there is no maximum length.

The deposit and balance

A $100 deposit reserves your date. The balance is paid later, directly to the band on the day of the event. Card, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal checkout are coming online soon; for now we arrange the deposit by phone or WhatsApp.

Cancellation

The deposit is refundable only if you cancel 7 or more days before the event. Within 7 days it is non-refundable.
